Procure the Application Packet
Pick up the official admission form from the administration block on campus. The entry packet costs GHc 50.00, paid on collection.

Compile Your Documents
Fill the form accurately and gather one photocopy of your child's birth certificate, previous report cards for transfer pupils, and two recent passport photographs.

Attend the Placement Review
Book a date for a short, stress-free placement check. It simply helps our faculty place your child in the right class for their reading and spiritual level.

Final Enrolment & Confirmation
The admissions committee reviews your full file. You receive the official decision within two weeks of submission.

Before You Apply
Eligibility & Admission Policy
Check that your application meets our standards before you submit.
- Age: children entering Pre-School (Nursery 1) must be at least 2 years old.
- Dress code: the full uniform is worn neatly every day. In line with Islamic principles, female pupils wear the mandatory white hijab as part of the daily uniform.
- Conduct: admission is conditional on parents and pupils honouring our code of Truth, Honesty, and Discipline. Bullying, fighting, and unexcused absence carry a zero-tolerance policy.
Questions Parents Ask Before Enrolling
Can I pay the school fees in instalments?
Yes. We understand the commitments families face. You can arrange a flexible, structured payment plan directly with our office once your admission file is verified.
What does the admission form cost, and is it refundable?
The admission packet costs GHc 50.00. It is a non-refundable administrative processing charge, paid when you collect the documents.
My child cannot read Arabic yet. Can they still apply for Primary or JHS?
Absolutely. Our placement review finds your child's starting point, so our faculty can give targeted support to catch them up quickly, without affecting their standard GES studies.
